DELIVERY OPTIONS

 

All orders are shipped via USPS.

At this time, we are only accepting orders within the US. We are currently NOT shipping Internationally.

 

SHIPPING / PROCESSING COSTS

 

Shipping and Processing Rates are a flat rate based on USPS Prices. We now offer both Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) and Priority (USPS Priority Mail) Shipping. You can choose which shipping method suites your need best. Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are typically processed and shipped out on the same day.

We will send you a confirmation email to the email address provided with a tracking number link when your order has been shipped.

PROCESSING TIME

 

Our goal is to get your order to you ASAP as soon as possible. Items are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend are typically shipped out the following business day (excluding holidays)  Transit time depends on your location and cannot be guaranteed (usually 5-7 days travel time) . Once we ship your product, we are at the mercy of the USPS and have no control over shipping and delivery time.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk we will not be accepting returns of any opened merchandise until further notice..

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the UNOPENED merchandise within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within thirty (30) days of shipment with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition. We do check each item for any defects before shipping and only ship products in brand new condition that has passed our inspection.

 

To return products, you must email us at the support email found on the online store site and your request must be approved prior to shipping your product back. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment, therefore we strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

 

Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise . Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.

 

WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
